I am so completely overloaded with work so simply cannot devote any meaningful time to the club at all, so rather than close the club or stop submissions I decided to add an extra admin and increased all admin powers greatly..... This did not work the admins have not been on in weeks, nothing happens. So until further notice there is no-one to run the club, if you have a viable proposal for you or someone else to run the club dont hessitate to contact me on the account below. (any questions directed to me here please ~Xyberius) Sorry everyone

This club has been created by me to fill the void that has been created by the tragic demise of =TraditionalArtClub.

Joining
To become a member just watch the club. Make sure you keep it set to recieve the deviations of your fellow club members, and the club journals about upcoming contests etc.

Submissions:
Submissions are now being accepted!!!
Please submit no more than about 5 a day, this is to make sure I can get through all the submissions I am expecting to get .
Submission Guidelines
No Anime or manga, they have enough exposure already.
No Digital work of any kind, pure traditional art please.
3D and sculpture work is accepted.
Your personal best work, nothing that should be submitted to scraps please.

To submit simply send the link to your deviation in a note titled "submission" to the club.

Note: Due to an internet related problem at my house I can only submit submission on weekdays (while i am at college), although it is still fine to send them whenever you want

Avatar Contest
Competition to make an avatar for this club, so far the only option we've had is my temperary MS Paint monstrosity. It doesn't HAVE to be animated, but must have the club name and most importantly - look nice .
Club ID Contest
Contest to design the best ID for the club, must be 400 pixels wide, and represent our club and what it stands for; Traditional Art.

Send in your contest submission in a note with a link to your entry, and the contest name in the title.

Copy of my 'how to submit' and Submission text.




1) open the note and click thier link,
2) right click and save the picture,
3) copy URL link at the top.have the following text ready in a word document (have this doc saved whereever you are).

3ii) Copy the link into the text after the "original deviation here:"
also copy their username in to complete the "submitted by :icon:"

4) Copy the whole text once that is done.

5) go to submit deviation
i) upload the picture file you saved
ii) deselect "allow dowload"
iii) fill in the title with the deviation name and "by ..." the deviant (if there is room)
iv) select the deviation category they have done
v) Paste the text into comments (i recommend you preview it before submition)
vi) deselect devmobile access
vii) disable comments
viii) put the deviation title or something appropriate in the keywords box
ix) Submit it.

6) immediately go back to the note and reply to it, 'submitted' or something like that (it also changes the icon on the note so you know you have done it).




Copy of adding members




1) when you get a message tell you someone has watched the club, copy thier name into the current jounal where the member list currently is and :icon it.
1ii) update the member number in brackets just above
2) watch their account (untick everything except ‘friend’.
3) delete the message from the inbox.

Use this journal when member size gets too large for the front journal.
